Internal and specialist work
Work may be performed internally or assigned to specialist providers. Where a separate specialist engagement is required, the responsible provider and terms are identified before acceptance.
Document access
Authorized staff and assigned specialists can access the engagement records needed for their work. Public inquiries should not contain financial documents or tax identifiers.
Filing and final delivery
Any prescribed signing or filing authority is obtained separately. The portal distinguishes work in preparation from submitted filings and provides deliverables and acknowledgements where relevant.
