We collect the contact details you submit, information needed to scope and deliver your engagement, uploaded documents, payment records, and account identity supplied at sign-in. General inquiry forms are not intended for tax identifiers or financial documents.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, coordinate engagements, prepare agreed work, obtain approvals, manage payments, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Newsletter consent is separate and optional.
Who can access it
Your engagement records are available to you and authorized coordination staff. Assigned specialist providers receive access for their engagement responsibilities. Records may be processed by authorized service providers, including hosting, identity, storage, and payment providers. Any applicable cross-border processing and required disclosures are addressed before work is accepted.
Retention and requests
Records are retained for engagement delivery and applicable legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. Contact the team to discuss access, correction, deletion, or the retention period applicable to your records. A request may be limited by an obligation to preserve records.
